We are pleased to announce that two new tutors will be joining the team here at The Art Hand. Husband and wife, both painters, Patrick Palmer and Pamela Silin-Palmer will be presenting some exciting new courses in the coming months. They both have led highly succesful careers as artists in the States and have now settled on The Copper Coast where their individual painting styles are flourishing.
