A special spoken word event will take place on Culture Night, Friday, September 19th at 6pm by The Words Writers Group as part of the Comeragh Wild Festival.
The evening will be different from the groups usual monthly event at The Art Hand in that it will take place at an undisclosed outdoor location on The Copper Coast and will have a ‘Wild’ and ‘Wilderness’ theme. This event will proceed regardless of the weather so come prepared!
Proceedings begin from The Art Hand at 6pm sharp and will run till after 10pm. We are looking forward to showcasing our performance skills to a wider audience in an unusual setting so we are really encouraging new people to come along and check out what we’re doing. This will be a unique event, not to be missed. Don’t be frightened, there’s no pressure on anyone to perform. Get up and say a few words if you feel like it! It’ll be fun!
